What do you think is the impact of outsourcing to United States labor force?

Hi, I am writing a dissertation with The Impact of Outsourcing to United States Labor Force. Can anyone help me by giving me some opinion or information? 3. keeps exacerbating the economic divide in our country. wait till all those republican and libertarian and free-market types who have professional jobs start losing their own jobs overseas, then we'll see if they still crow about how it is best for our economy.
